Food for Consciousness talk Devon

Event Civic Hall Totnes Devon this weekend 20th and 21st May 2017.
Talk on Food for Consciousness 2pm Saturday.
How can we get into the state we would like to be in? How can we regenerate out neural systems and health using the natural biological foods of our species. Delicious recipe demos included. What are the essential nutrients for ultimate wellbeing? Minerals, CBD, earthing connection and much more explained.
Also a stand with interesting products you may not have come across before.
"Research shows that humans once lived and could again live in a very different and profoundly preferable state of consciousness. Even now we can significantly improve our brain chemistry to improve the way we feel and experience more energy, happiness, effectiveness, intuition, and creativity and deepen our connection with others. Ultimately our DNA can once again be read to its full blueprint and we can experience life the way we innately know we are designed to."

hemp harvest

On arriving home, a neighbour remarked on the visibility of the large amounts of plants in the back of the car.  I am not sure he believed me when I told him it was hemp grown with a licence.  Of course it is. Our CBD rich hemp oil is here:

Here we are harvesting some hemp in Littlehempston, Devon.

devon green lanes

So wonderful to get out walking in the lanes and admire the magical hills of South Hams.  The new greens beginning to emerge, the March fresh air in lanes where people don't think to go is much more exhilarating than a photograph of still bare hedges can show!  I am certain now that the neurophone enhances appreciation of nature as well as all the other wonderful things it does, and not just for me either...
Lizzy in the lane

Enjoying finding more edible greens such as this pennywort in the hedge.  I will be teaching about foraging for wild greens and connecting to plant life on our cleansing retreat in April.

wild garlic leaves and spring in devon with the goddess

wild garlic leaves
Staverton
I remember a time when I thought nature was just a beautiful backdrop to my life before I realised you could have an ecstatic connection with the Earth.  A goddess who believes in you rather than a god you have to believe in ...how about that :)...(paraphrased from John Lash)

Castle Cove Dartmouth

Just for the sake of contrast and compare, drove to the heart of Bristol shortly after dipping my toes in these Devon waters...

rivers of red and return of the life force

There's been even more rain than usual!
This is the clay water from the beautiful South Devon red earth gushing over the banks into the lanes and streaming down the road set against the re-emerging green vegetation of spring, the return of the life force...as we move into Imbolc and the new moon cycle.

grasping the nettle

Nettles don't sting when you really grasp them...
they are serotonin boosters, cleanse mucus, boost metabolism and add minerals into your diet, they are great in green juices and are free!
