love, war and gaian ecosorcery #4 john lamb lash

John Lamb Lash describes how the energy filaments in our ribosomes are being hyperactivated by surges of energy from the planet itself. Plus many other very interesting topics!

tony samara on meditation and dreams

We are at the beginning of a New Era and many are reflecting on what has been and what they would like now to be a more fundamental part of their inner and outer experience and what their intentions are for this exciting era. Others find themselves reflecting as to how yet another year has slipped by without fulfilling all their goals and dreams.
To think or believe that this era will be better than the last by continuing to do the same things all over again doesn’t allow very much to change!
Perhaps having failed to achieve your dreams because they were not achievable you may push them aside and compromise them in order for them to become more realistic.
If you can dream and believe your dream then you have the foundation by which to grow and become the person that can make the dream true!
Now is a good time to make some simple yet significant changes to help you move forward in a more complete way.
Understand that you are living an outcome of all that you have believed, thought, decided and felt on a conscious and unconscious level of being. To change this reality why not start each day by asking yourself,
“How can I be closer to my dream today?”
This not only helps you to develop absolute clarity about what you want to achieve but also allows you to actualize not simply the idea but rather sets the idea as a goal that is achievable now!
Develop absolute clarity about why you want to achieve your goals and a structure to achieve it. This is so important because in doing so you will be able to remain much more focused on a day-to-day basis. You will also find that with every step taken towards your goals, you will gain the confidence to take even bigger and bolder steps, enabling you to move in leaps and bounds.
You must absolutely believe in yourself ~ in the simple fact that you will and can achieve these steps in your everyday experience. Time becomes irrelevant when you believe that you will achieve what you set out to do and combined with having absolute clarity about what you want and why you want it you can enjoy the journey that leads to your dream ~ no matter how high the mountain of challenges gets!
Your future is created by the decisions you make and the actions you take ~ Today... in this moment.
My work is to be here in this moment challenging you beyond your current beliefs and thoughts. No matter how deeply rooted these aspects are freedom is the core and depth of all spiritual work and the embodiment of all spiritual Masters.
Your goals and dreams won’t get up and come to you. You have to go to them by living them in this moment!

"Tony Samara's teachings encourage us to practice our spiritual work and growth in our everyday actions using the following guiding principles :

To learn to live in harmony with nature, respecting our environment and caring for all life forms.
To be a beacon of light and an example to others in all situations.
To live a life of humility, simplicity and purity.
To promote peace and non-violence.
To remember that the physical body is our temple, which needs to be transformed, as well as the spirit; a vegetarian diet including products that are organic and full of life force is encouraged.
To be free of the consumption of drugs of any description, including tobacco. To work towards a goal of eliminating alcohol completely from our lives, thereby honouring our body as a temple of light.
To speak truthfully from the heart and have the courage to speak directly to people rather than behind their backs.
To treat others as you would like to be treated yourself.
To receive, we have to give. As we learn truly to give, we open ourselves to receive unlimited abundance. Following this philosophy, we are encouraged to contribute unconditionally 10% of our savings — if any — and 10% of our monthly earnings, to a humanitarian or spiritual cause of our choice.
To practice these teachings in our daily lives."

love, war and gaian ecosorcery #6 john lamb lash

In this fascinating talk John Lamb Lash describes how most people live in unconscious complicity with the globalist perpetrators and how we can lucidly choose the complicity that we live in.

He describes six degrees of complicity:
1. people knowingly living in complicity with the global perpetrators
2. unwitting accomplices, useful idiots, often idealistic people who are, for example, involved in certain organisations
3. ambivalent complicity, people who aret actually exposing and hyping perpetrators at the same time, making them seem more powerful than they actually are and not offering any solutions
4. passive complicity from people who's minds are fudged
5. ignorant complicity from people who don't want to learn
6. total helplessness from large numbers of people who simply don't care

Living in beauty eliminates the tendency to live in complicity with the globalist perpetrators.  What is good in the terms of Gaia's interests and purpose is what is beautiful.  Your personal and social identity, with personal history etc is a social fiction which we know as the ego and compels us to believe that there is a separation.  The ego is the part of you that cannot receive.

There is  a 'correction' happening at this time and those who choose to connect with the purposes of the Earth, Gaia, the 'planetary animal mother', are having spectacular experiences.  It is the connection and commitment to the earth that allows us to have solutions.  Those who choose to be in complicity with the earth wisdom goddess, Gaia-Sophia, are experiencing passage from witnessing what she is doing to being to being participating accomplices.  These people do not turn the tide for the rest of humanity - they sail on different tides.

raw lemon cheesecake

This is specially for people who love to eat cheesecake but not sugar or pasteurised dairy products!

First of all you can make a delicious soft raw cheese in a number of ways:

Kefir Cheese

If you can get kefir thick enough, it can be made into cheese.  One way to do this is to leave some kefir in a jar for a couple of hours and allow it to separate.  Spoon the curds off the top.  You can then put them into a muslin bag, such as a nut milk strainer bag and hang over a container for a few more hours to catch  any remaining whey.  Then you have kefir cheese in the bag.

Cream cheese

Allow greek style yoghurt made with raw milk to strain through muslin until the liquid has drained off.

Cottage Cheese

Warm a pint of raw milk (goat's, cow's or sheep's), taking care not to heat above body temperature (37°C) then added a little mesophilic starter and leave for an hour. Then re-warm it and added 20 drops of vegetarian rennet.

This can then set  in less than an hour when the whey is strained off by tipping it into a muslin cloth over a bowl. For  using in a cheesecake then add no further ingredients. For details about where to obtain cheese starters click here.  You can buy rennet from health food stores.

Now you have your soft cheese to use in a raw cheesecake recipe.

This is a  lovely Lemon Cheesecake:

Base:

300g almonds, soaked
4 medjool dates

Cheese Topping:

½ lemon – the zest and the juice
8 dried apricots, soaked overnight
about 400g soft cheese.  This can be kefir cheese, cream cheese or unseasoned cottage cheese  made with 1200ml/2 pints milk

Fruit Topping (optional):

250g strawberries
60g blueberries
2 medjool dates

Process the base ingredients and press into a 20cm round.
Blend the cheese topping ingredients and spread on top.
Blend the fruit topping ingredients and pour over the cheesecake.

You can add melted cacao butter to the cheese topping and put the finished cake in the fridge to make it set firmer.

How much beauty can you take?

When you make that connection with Gaia your energy is brimming all the time.  The energy coming from the earth is completely reconfiguring our neurochemical and neurolinguistic circuits.  Some of our brains are responding to the turbulent changes in the electromagnetic field of the earth according to Gaia's own intents and purposes.  She transmits her intentions and purposes in many ways but the primary way is through the great bands of emanation that she manifests in the BEMA, the bioelectric magnetic aura of the earth.

real love

"Real Love is unconditionally caring about the happiness of another person."

Greg Baer author of Real Love has been helping countless people to heal their relationships with partners especially but also with family members, friends and workmate - and bring true  love into their lives.
Without the knowledge of how to truly love eachother we trade imitation love - praise, power, pleasure and safety - all things which are fine in themselves but do not satisfy like real love.  Real love is caring for someone else's happiness without need for anything else in return.

Greg explains that to be happy we need to feel loved, to be loving and to take responsibility for our own happiness.  In the absence of these, the alternatives often employed are what Greg terms 'getting and protecting behaviours'.  Getting behaviours are used to fill emptiness and include attacking, lying, acting the victim (blaming) and clinging.  Protecting behaviours are used when we are frightened and include attacking, lying, acting the victim (blaming) and running.  Running includes escapist behaviours such as alcohol and drug abuse and sex addiction.  When we take responsibility for our own happiness we can let go of these behaviours and learn to love.  There is so much relationship advice out there these days, much of it good but so often, even if it appears to get us what we think we want, it may be grounded in manipulative behaviours which will never ultimately bring is the joy, happiness and liberation  that we are ultimately looking for.

Real Love UK was established by Pete & Nikki Uglow who found themselves facing potential divorce and in desperate need of relationship advice that was instantly available and that actually worked.  They discovered Greg's work and have made it their sole purpose to bring Greg’s philosophy here to the UK.  I'm really impressed with what they are doing!  They make it all very accessible and easy to grasp and are helping  many people shift dramatically and turn their lives around in very short spaces of time. There are many helpful educational materials available on these sites and also you can find out about 'interventions' which are a few intensive days of guidance during which you get to truly experience the process of feeling and sharing real love and finding how you can change in order to experience this in the rest of your life.  The websites are:

Intimacy is an innate desire because it leads towards wholeness.  In order to achieve intimacy we need to be able to truly love.  It could be said that we are all part of one consciousness and are really figments of each other's imaginations and create our own reality but at some level we choose to experience ourselves and each other as real individuals and to have impact on each other so we can have the joy of loving eachother and being loved.
