Attended a conscious spirituality energy transmission on Sunday - it was a beautiful, deep meditational and transformative experience. What I loved most was the guidance to let go not just of individual limiting beliefs but the structure of limiting beliefs itself, to move into a place where you expand just because that is your nature, like light, and not just because of any particular needs or desires.
