are humans addicts?

I suspect that it is part of human nature to be addicted.  We crave ecstatic connection and to fulfil our destinies.   The important thing is to get these addictive qualities healthily tuned so that the human experiences beautifully described below are enhanced not sabotaged.  Immersion in the bioelectric magnetic aura of he earth and naturally entheagenic nutrition  are a couple of major things that align our desires to our true happy nature.

from http://beat.drugabuse.com/the-thief-7-things-addiction-steals-from-us/

“Addiction is much more than a psychological or physical reliance on substances or behaviours; it’s a physical, emotional and spiritual issue that puts blinders on our perspective, corrodes our value systems, and compromises our ability to prioritize normally.”
Over time, as addicts or loved ones, addiction becomes the most important priority. And in order to continue fueling its demanding and ravenous needs, we must sacrifice other important aspects of our lives.

relationship - the way in which two r ore concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected.

success - the accomplishment of an aim or purpose

time - the indefinite progress of existence and events in the past, present and future, regarded as  a whole

gratitude - the quality of bieing thankful, readiness to show appreciation for and return kindness

happiness - the state of being happy

hope - a feeling of expectation ands desire for a certain thing to happen

spirituality - a sense of connection to divine intelligence and purpose

I would also add novelty - humans love new experiences and to experiment, this takes the courage and wherewithal to operate outside our familiar scenarios.

the amazing jade museum

At the Jade museum, San Cristobal de las Casas, Mexico, jade artefacts from the various eras of Mexican history, Mayan, Teotihuacan, Totec and Aztec, all beautiful.  I love these short but sweet and aesthetic museums.

diabetes nutritional healing

Diabetes is one of those modern conditions on a spectrum on which a lot of us are on somewhere.  Of course is a history of lifestyles and diets that we are not designed to deal with that eventually take their toll.

I am no expert but basically there are two types.  Type 2 is to do with insulin resistance.  It can generally be managed with diet.  Type 1 is more to do with direct damage to the pancreas for various reasons.  And then there is so called pre-diabetes further back on the spectrum.

Nutritional supplements which help include chromium, cinnamon, purified fish oil, ALA oils (these fatty acids help with cell function) and bitter melon.  There are many cases of diabetes being healed in 30 days through diet and exercise.

This is but one example of what can be done, here.

...when words were like magic
the human mind had mysterious powers
a word spoken by chance might have strange consequences
it would suddenly come alive
and what people wanted to happen could happen...

getting sanity back for our species

Our world problems are symptoms of something else...
how psychedelic plant medicines with no neurotoxicity or addictive properties can heal anxiety, depression, ptsd and even addictions..some cultures which use these medicines have no words for these problems
