I have been making mint chocolate elixirs by adding some mint flowers from the garden - chocolate mint or peppermint to this recipe:
Herbal tea of your choice, ideally a spicy tea such as yogi tea. Herbs such as cat’s claw and pau d’arco also go well in this recipe. Also chaga, rooicosch chai
Pour over 10g creamed coconut
Let the tea cool to drinkable temperature
Stir in or blend with:
1 teaspoon raw (cold-pressed) honey
1 tsp raw cacao powder
and some or all of the following:
2 tsps maca
sprinklings of vanilla powder,
reishi or cordyceps powder ,
mesquite
shilajit,
cardomom,
cayenne or chill
cinnamon
mucuna (kapikachu )
nutmeg, ground
star anise, ground
lucuma
he shou wu
