So wonderful to get out walking in the lanes and admire the magical hills of South Hams. The new greens beginning to emerge, the March fresh air in lanes where people don't think to go is much more exhilarating than a photograph of still bare hedges can show! I am certain now that the neurophone enhances appreciation of nature as well as all the other wonderful things it does, and not just for me either...

Enjoying finding more edible greens such as this pennywort in the hedge. I will be teaching about foraging for wild greens and connecting to plant life on our
cleansing retreat in April.
